AMEND lines 7 through 8 by striking "The Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and parks may regulate the possession of wild animals in captivity." and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
The Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks may allow an individual to keep a wild animal in captivity if the wild animal has been orphaned, crippled or injured and is in need of humane care.
